CareShifa is an AI-powered clinical decision support tool designed to assist healthcare professionals with:

• Drug interaction checking
• Infection control guidance
• Medical calculations

3. Medical Disclaimer

CareShifa is a decision support tool and does NOT replace professional medical judgment. All clinical decisions must be made by qualified healthcare professionals. The AI-generated recommendations are suggestions only and should be verified before any patient care actions.

4. User Eligibility

The Service is intended for:

• Licensed healthcare professionals (nurses, physicians, pharmacists)
• Healthcare students under supervision
• Healthcare organizations and facilities

By using the Service, you represent that you are a qualified healthcare professional or are using the Service under appropriate supervision.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating your account
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Not share patient-identifying information unnecessarily
• Verify AI recommendations before clinical application

8. Query Limits and Payments

• Free accounts include a limited number of AI queries per month
• Additional queries can be purchased through the Service
• Purchased queries are valid for 3 months from purchase date
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CareShifa and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or data
• Clinical outcomes based on Service recommendations
• Service interruptions or errors
• Third-party actions or content

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CareShifa from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
